ABOUT DR FRANCIS BOLLE
CATARACT SURGERY EXPERIENCE
I qualified as a general medical practitioner at UCT in Cape Town obtaining my Mb.Chb and then specialized in ophthalmology at WITS and obtained my FCS Ophth (SA) in 1989.
I am a general eye specialist and see all cases, but I have a special interest in cataract and refractive surgery. I also manage glaucoma patients.
I started private Practice In the Mulbarton Medical Centre at the Mulbarton Hospital in the South of Johannesburg in 1990.
I do my cataract surgery in our own unattached eye theatre incorporated into the rooms in the Mulbarton Medical Center. This theatre is the 20/20 Eye Surgery Center.
